Terms of Use

These terms cover the Relight production app at app.relighthq.com, run by Relight HQ LTD. The app is invite-only: you have an account because Relight HQ LTD or one of its clients gave you one, to do work for that client.

Using the app

• Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into your account.
• Use the app for the production work you were invited to do.
• Client videos, briefs, figures and files belong to the client. Don’t copy them or pass them on.
• Don’t try to reach data for clients or channels you weren’t given access to.

YouTube

The app uses YouTube API Services to show channel analytics and to upload and schedule videos. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can revoke the app’s access to your Google account at any time from Google’s security settings.

Connect a YouTube channel only if you own or manage it. What we do with the data that connection gives us, and how long we keep it, is in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give Relight HQ LTD permission to store and process it to run the app for you and your client — including uploading an approved video to the channel it was made for.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the app up, but it is provided as is, without warranties. We aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Ending access

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, or when the work it was created for ends. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
